How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your ChartWizard account at any time:
1. Open the ChartWizard app
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, email support@chartwizard.com with your request and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted When you delete your account, we permanently delete: - Your account information - Your trading chart analysis history - Your preferences and settings

What Data is Retained For legal and compliance purposes, we may retain: - Subscription/payment records (required by law for 7 years) - Anonymized usage data for analytics Retention Period Account deletion is processed immediately in the app.

Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required.
